The second new harbor ferry from Hadag Type 2020 has been delivered and will soon be christened as “Kehrwieder”

Fourth fresh water generator for Wärtsilä completed

The fourth and last fish water generator from the series has also been completed in time and delivered

The new sister ship to the passenger ship “Elbphilharmonie” from the Hadag is now in her element and will be completed in floating state. The first test drives with the newbuild number 1315 will be made soon.

After extensive repair and maintenance work, the passenger ship “Reeperbahn” was delivered to Hadag.

Ship block with air lubrication delivered

The block, which is currently delivered to the Meyer shipyard, is equipped with innovative devices for flushing air bubbles under the hull of the newbuilding cruise ship. By the sliding on air bubbles the resistance in the water is minimized, this reduces the fuel consumption and also the exhaust gases and emissions

After one year of development and engineering the construction started with steel cutting. The shipyard director, Mrs. Natallia Dean, initiated the construction of the Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger, ordered by the Wasserstraßen- und Schifffahrtsverwaltung des Bundes (WSV).

FGS “Reeperbahn” of the customer Hadag arrived for extensive refit

In the coming months various repair and maintenance works are carried out on the passenger ship “Reeperbahn”. In the morning the ferry was lifted out of the water with the special transport rack and driven over the shipyard to the construction site.

Next heavy block for LNG cruise ship delivered

On a snowy day the 1.100 t block for the second LNG cruise ship was delivered to the customer Meyer Werft. Again two stabilizers were installed.

Widening of the cable barge “BoDo Connector” on schedule

The barge “BoDo Connector” of the company Bohlen & Doyen was burnt apart in the middle over the entire length of approx. 67 meters. The sections, built by Pella Sietas, widen the barge by 10 meters to a total width of 32 meters.

Extension section delivered in time to GDD

The extension section for the ferry “Peter Pan”, manufactured on behalf of the GDD (German Dry Docks), was deliverd in the morning hours of 2 January 2018 for transport to Bremerhaven
